Ronald Ray McDonald

Funeral for Ronald Ray McDonald, 60, of Hartselle will be Sun., Sept. 30, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Francis Proctor and the Rev. David Phillips officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Stroup Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat., Sept. 29, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. McDonald died Thur., Sept. 27, 2012, at his residence. He was born Oct. 2, 1951, in Morgan County to Homer Ray McDonald and Beverly Stroup McDonald. Mr. McDonald was formerly an employee of Dunlop Tire Company and Madison Mobile. He was a Baptist and was a Sunday School teacher. He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Ray McDonald, and a sister, Carlette Woodall.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Faye McDonald of Hartselle; two daughters, Melissa McDonald Warnick of Hartselle and Angela McDonald Damilano of Trinity; his mother, Beverly Stroup McDonald of Danville; two brothers, Donald McDonald of Hartselle of Pacer Stroup of Danville; two sisters, Debbie Thomas and Cindy Kube, both of Hartselle; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steven Warnick, Dylan Warnick, Shane Boger, Chris New, Pacer Stroup and Eddie Cosby.
