Wiley, Heller exchange vows

Katherine Elizabeth Wiley of Hartselle and Thomas F. Heller Jr. of Bergenfield, N.J. were united in marriage at Hartselle Church of Christ on March 24 at 2 p.m.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Heller Jr.

Minister Phillip Hines conducted the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Mellissa Wiley of Hartselle and the granddaughter of Harold and Thelma Hunt of Montgomery and the late Kenneth and Ann Wiley of Moulton.

The groom is the son of the late Thomas F. Heller and Bob and Jeanette Shafer of Rutherford, N. J. and the grandson of the late George Sebra and Mary Sebra of Bergen, N.J. and the late Peter and Elizabeth Heller of Union City, N. J.

The church was decorated with pink, yellow and orange flowers and ribbons. Pews had ribbons hanging with a vase and a daisy.

The bride chose a formal gown of light ivory taffeta and garza. The gown was fashioned in the strapless styling with a molded bodice. The gown’s focal interest was a full circular skirt and tiffany train of garza hand-crafted flowers. She accented the natural waistline with a self-tied belt of ribbon with a beaded medallion of antique metallic beading. Her cathedral veil of imported French illusion was edged with embroidered flowers and accented pearls.

For the reception, the bride wore a cocktail length dress of silk organza.
