Nelson promoted in U.S. Coast Guard

Nelson has served the last 4 1/2 years as an independent duty damage controlman on board the Sangamon and the Clamp.
He is the son of David and Lori Nelson. His grandparents are Larry Metzger and the late Helen Metzger and Colleen Reeves and the late Roy Reeves.
