A graveside service for Brookelenn “Cookie” Eubanks, 2, of Decatur will be Sat., July 14, at 2 p.m. at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with Bro. Archie Letson and Pastor Laura Stafford officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.

Cookie died Wed., July 11, 2012, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Feb. 15, 2010, in Madison County.

She is survived by her mother, Heather Parker of Decatur; one brother, Daniel “Buddy” Corum of Decatur; a sister; Chloe Corum of Moulton; her grandparents; and many friends.

Chris Hightower and Dusty Parker will serve as pallbearers.
