She wore a beautiful candlelight trumpet gown with a bodice rich with detailed Alencon lace that created a soft, sweetheart de collage. Lace cap sleeves graced the shoulders and continued to the back where they merged to form a delicate lace-edged keyhole back. A richly beaded sash adorned the slightly high waist design, and then flowed down the back in a cascade of satin ribbon. The satin skirt was overlaid in graduating Alencon lace on tulle to the hemline and chapel-length train. The delicate silhouette created a vision of soft vintage beauty and grace.
The bride wore her mother’s wedding veil of candlelight tulle edged in delicate chantilly lace completing the nostalgic vintage theme and adding memories of love. It was redesigned by Jeanette of GrecoFiore of Hartselle.
