Alexander, O’Quinn to wed July 30
Dale and Taleah Alexander of Decatur are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Aleah Alexander of Decatur, to Tanner Scott O’Quinn of Decatur, son of Jeff and Sandy Johnson of Decatur and Rodney and Sara O’Quinn of Melbourne, Fla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Derek and Thalia Turner of Somerville and Larry and Glenda Alexander of Decatur.
She is a 2009 graduate of Priceville High School and a graduate of Wallace State Community College with an associate degree in elementary education. She is currently attending Athens State University where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is also a substitute teacher and an after-school-care teacher at Priceville Elementary School.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Bobby and Charlotte Tays of Decatur, Linnie Johnson and the late Jo Johnson of Decatur and Ted and Anne O’Quinn of Melbourne, Fla.
He is a 2010 graduate of Priceville High School and is attending Wallace State Community College where he is pursuing an associate degree in business administration.
The wedding will be July 30, 2011, at Cave Springs Baptist Church in Priceville.
