Louise ‘Ease’ Wynn Roberson

Funeral for Louise “Ease” Wynn Roberson, 87, of Hartselle will be Friday, July 1, at 10 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewitt Crowe and Chaplain Charles Maples officiating.

Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Roberson died Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at her residence. She was born August 8, 1923, in Morgan County to Noah and Lucille Roberts Wynn. She was loved by everyone that knew her, was a very sweet and honest lady and was a wonderful Christian lady. She loved her family, her grandkids and great-grandkids, she loved to cook and work in her garden and loved to freeze and can vegetables out of her garden. She worked in the cafeteria at Danville High School for 18 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert “Bob” Lee Roberson; a granddaughter, Bobbie Leeann Roberson; her brothers, Lloyd “Bud” Wynn and wife Elsie, Alfred Wynn and wife Bobbie, Bobby Gene Wynn and wife Rubenia and an infant brother, Danny Wynn.

She is survived by two sons, Bobby Lee Roberson and wife Brenda of Hartselle and Wendell Wright and wife Lazelle of Danville; a brother, Billy Wynn and wife Sylvia of Hartselle; six grandchildren, Joseph Lee “Joe” Roberson, Katie Louise Roberson, Emily Grace Roberson, Lisa Beth Howard and husband Miles, Wendy Louise Greenhaw and husband Robert and Adam Wayne Wright; and five great-grandchildren, Whitney, Justin and Aleah Greenhaw and Caleb and Cameron Howard.

Pallbearers will be Joe Roberson, Joey Lindsey, Jeremy McAbee, Adam Wright, David Christian and Clayton Ledlow.

The family would like to thank Amanda Stewart, Brenda Harden, Kari Sandlin and Chaplain Charles Maples and the workers of Hospice of North Alabama for the great care they provided their mother and grandmother during her illness. We appreciate and love you for all you did.
