Funeral for Charles Edward Jacobs, 65, of Decatur will be Wednesday, May 11, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. A. Ray Lee officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Jacobs died Monday, May 9, 2011, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Thursday, October 4, 1945, in Limestone County to Jessie Jacobs and Eldora Rogers Jacobs. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Woodard and Stephanie Wooley; three brothers, David Jacobs, Danny Jacobs and Max Jacobs; four sisters, Shirley Haynes, Barbara Key, Kay Angle and Annette Bartholomew; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
