Hampton, Hazard wedding planned
Mr. and Mrs. William Jonathan Hampton of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Beth Hampton of Hartselle to George Stephenson Hazard III of Columbus, Miss., son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hazard Jr. and the late Fran Hazard, all of Columbus, Miss.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John William (Bill) Hampton and the late Mrs. Linda Reynolds Hunt, all of Hartselle and the late Dayton T. McCaghren of Moulton. She is a graduate of Hartselle High School and Auburn University where she majored in Bio-Medical Science and minored in Business. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in pharmacy from Auburn University’s Harrison School of Pharmacy and is scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2012.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Stephenson Hazard of Columbus, Miss., Mrs. Wilma Sim Fowler of Columbus, Miss. and the late Wilma Sim Fowler.
He graduated from The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tenn. and in forestry from Auburn University and holds a master of business administration from Auburn University’s College of Business.
He is employed as a marketing representative by Weyerhaeuser Company of Columbus, Miss.
The wedding is planned for May 21, 2011, at Liberty Hall in Columbus, Miss.
