Arena to host home and garden show

Morgan County Celebration Arena is reviving the Morgan County Home and Garden Show this weekend.
Craig Stiles, arena manager, said this is the first time the county has hosted a home and garden show in the last five years and he’s already seen much interest in the event. At least 55 vendors have agreed to show up Friday through Sunday.
“We’re going to have just a little bit of everything in the show,” Stiles said. “We have anything you need from buying a home and insuring your home to remodeling and landscaping. If it has to do something with your home, there’s a good chance that we’ll have an exhibit for it.”
The show will begin Friday and last from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday’s hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday’s hours will be 1 to 4 p.m. Admission to the arena is free, but a $5 per car parking will be charged, the proceeds of which will be split between the arena and a volunteer fire department.
