Beatrice Chaney, Hartselle

Funeral for Beatrice Chaney, 87, of Hartselle will be Tuesday, March 1, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Gamble officiating.

Burial will be in Jones Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, February 28, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Chaney died Saturday, February 26, 2011, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1924, in Morgan County to William Pleasant Hardin and Beulah Beatrice Suggs Hardin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Chaney and her parents.

She is survived by a son, Jeff Tennyson and wife Leanna of Hartselle; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
