Future Filyaws

Winda H. Maples of Hartselle and the late Thomas Wayne Maples announces the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Paige Maples, to Andrew Filyaw, son of George and Janet C. Herbolich of West Point.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Weandell and Geraldine Holmes and the late Barney and Lois Maples.
A 2006 graduate of Hartselle High School, she received her nursing degree at Wallace State and is employed by Cullman Long Term Care.
The future groom is the grandson of Eloise and Nathan Carden and John Crawford and Margie Filyaw and the late Colonel Filyaw. He is a 2003 graduate of Vinemont High School and is employed by Fuller Precision.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 16, 2010, at 6 p.m. at Childhaven in Cullman.
