Funeral for Louise Reeves, 81, of Decatur will be Thur. (today), Sept. 9, at 2 p.m. at Hills Chapel Church of God in Falkville with the Rev. Rodger Pierce officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in Childers Cemetery.
Mrs. Reeves died Mon., Sept. 6, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Oct. 21, 1928, in Georgia to Ethel Cloer Childers. She was a member of the Church of God and was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Reeves and a son, Michael Lynn Reeves.
She is survived by a son, Joel David Reeves and wife Tina of Eva; a daughter, Barbara Reeves Pressnell and husband Charles of Decatur; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
