Funeral for Barbara Ann Dent, 68, of Decatur was Fri., Sept. 3, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Alan Watkins officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Ms. Dent died Fri., Aug. 27, 2010, at University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham. She was born Dec. 1, 1941, in Mississippi to Cecil Lamar Putt and Merlene Virginia Kimball Putt.
She is survived by two sons, Waylon Dent and Felix Paul Dent, both of Hartselle; two brothers, David Putt and Jimmy Putt, both of Mississippi; two sisters, Glenda Beard and Lynn Abbott, both of Mississippi; and two grandchildren, Amber and Brendon Dent.
