Funeral for Clovis Nell Owens Alford, 71, of Falkville, was Wednesday, June 23, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harold Thompson officiating.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery.
Mrs. Alford died Sun., June 20, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Aug. 31, 1938, in Morgan County to Bazzel “B.B.” Owens and Ollie Mae Minor Owens. She was retired from the Morgan County Court-house where she worked in the Driver’s License Dept.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Alford; a son, Stephen Mark Alford and wife Dee of Falkville; two daughters, Kathy Davis and husband Mike of Falkville and Angie Stephenson and husband Tim of Hartselle; a brother, Moval Owens of Hartselle; two sisters, Dual McNally and Frances Owens Greenwell, both of Decatur; nine grandchildren, Amber, Josh, Whitney, Bobby, Samantha, Heath, Taylor, Travis and Ally; a great-grandchild, Ashlin; and two great-grandchildren on the way, Braxton and Brody.
Pallbearers were Heath Alford, Travis Davis, Josh Holloway, Bobby Holladay, Patrick Greenwell and Chris Turney.
