Lovelady, Bonham to wed

Robert and Patti Lovelady of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Amanda Lovelady of Homewood, to Steven Gregory Bonham of Birmingham, son of Michael and Cathy Bonham of Marietta, Ga.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Mitchell and Betty Blackwood and Robert and Bess Lovelady, all of Decatur. A 2000 graduate of Hartselle High School, she graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with a degree in communications. She is currently employed with Strong LLC in Homewood.
The future groom is the grandson of Raymond and Peggy Hase of Huntsville and the late Robert and Roxie Bonham of Hueytown.
A 2003 graduate of Lassiter High School in Marietta, Ga., he graduated from Samford University in 2007 with a degree in communications and in 2010 from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a master of divinity degree. He currently works in the children’s ministry at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 21, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills.
