Future Burns

Louie and Carolyn Hood of Opelika announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Ann Hood, to Blake Temple Burns, son of Mickey and Melissa Burns of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Harold Hood of Manchester, Ga. and Jimmie Hood of Bleeker and Peggy Craft of Opelika and the late T.O. Craft of Auburn. She is a 2002 graduate of Opelika High School and a 2008 graduate of Southern Union State Community College.
The future groom is the grandson of the late William Burns and Jean Burns of Priceville and the late T.J. Temple and Fannie Temple of Decatur. A 2002 graduate of Hartselle High School, he attended Auburn University and is currently attending Southern Union State Community College.
The wedding is planned for Jan. 6, 2011, at 3 p.m. in Las Vegas, Nev.
