Hartselle sweeps LCHS

MOULTON - Alex Holmes scored 18 points to help Hartselle dismantle Lawrence County 57-37 on the road last Monday.
Hartselle improved to 3-2 overall with the victory that was part of a five-game road swing for the Lady Tigers.
Kanesia Elliott chipped in with 14 points for the Lady Tigers.
Hartselle also got 10 points from Katie Young, who spent much of the second half on the bench with a hand injury.
Jazlyn Fossett and McKenzie Black led Lawrence County with 10 points each.
Hartselle 65, LCHS 54
Sam Fleischman recorded a double-double with 28 points and 14 rebounds in the Tigers’ 65-54 victory over Lawrence County.
Hartselle also got 10 points each from Malcom Fossett and Terry Wiggins. The Tigers’ Chance Partlow finished with seven points and eight rebounds in the win.
Nolan Coffey had 21 points for Lawrence County.
