Funeral for Debra Sue Biggs, 56, of Hartselle was Monday, July 6, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Pine Grove United Methodist Church in Leroy with Steve Bateman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Biggs died Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at her residence. She was born June 28, 1953, in Alabama to Agnew Alday and Gladys Alday. She was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters, Pauline Hunt and Warren Arch.
She is survived by two sons, Clint Howard of Decatur and Brandon Biggs of Saraland; a daughter, Shalon Borden of Decatur; her mother, Gladys Alday; two brothers, Joseph Alday and John Alday, both of Leroy; and three sisters, Margaret Spencer of Mobile; Earline Snypes of Daphne and Aline Zulick of Columbus, Ohio.
Pallbearers were Clark Alday, Christopher Spencer, Allen Alday and Brian Biggs.
