Wallace hosting free job fair

By Staff
The Career Services Office at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville will hold its annual Career Fair March 17 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Tom Drake Coliseum.
Local employers as well as representatives from state, regional and national companies will be on hand to discuss opportunities, take resumes and in some cases conduct interviews.
College and university representatives and military recruiters will also be in attendance.
The event benefits all involved because, not only can attendees take advantage of the opportunity to explore career options but employers also benefit by having a group of potential employees at their fingertips, she said.
The event is free and open to the public. Current and former Wallace State students are especially encouraged to attend.
