Sherry Ziaja Scogin

Funeral for Sherry Ziaja Scogin, 49, of Falkville was Friday, Jan. 9, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Miller officiating.
Burial was in Cook Cemetery.
Mrs. Scogin died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, in Limestone County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guenther Ziaja and Berta Sue Dunlap Ziaja; and her husband, Danny Scogin.
She is survived by a brother, Steven Ziaja of Falkville; a stepson, Scott Scogin of South Carolina; a stepdaughter, Samantha Bolden of Sheffield; and six stepgrandchildren.
Pallbearers were Kenny Braswell, Ronnie Braswell, Joe Lovoy, Tony Lovell, Mack Dunlap and Chris Allen.
