Hilda Prue Stringer Muzzey

Funeral for Hilda Prue Stringer Muzzey, 88, of Somerville was Saturday, April 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. P. J. Jenkins officiating.
Burial was in Somerville Church of God Cemetery.
Mrs. Muzzey died Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at Decatur Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl S. Muzzey.
She is survived by three sons, Dwight Muzzey of Decatur, Danny Muzzey and Jeff Muzzey, both of Somerville; four daughters, Fay Treakle and Kay Sharp, both of Somerville, Sue Manley of Athens and Judy Cook of Somerville; two sisters, Elsie Arnold of Lansing, Mich. and Esther Cookson of Big Rapids, Mich.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were her grandsons and friends.
