Clara Louise Hormel-Dixon

Clara Louise Hormel-Dixon, 71, of Newark, Ohio, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2006, at Newark Healthcare Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She was born Oct. 19, 1934, in Decatur to Charles and Clara Puckett Hormel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Terrence Hormel; two brothers; and five sisters.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Love and husband Gary of Newark, Ohio and Vonda Proctor and husband Michael of Alabama; a son, Ronald Black and wife Debbie of Tennessee; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
