"The sad but true fact is that Captain D's is a quality restaurant to our city leaders, and a lot of other people here, too. Face it, this is not a suburb of Atlanta. It's not even Madison. Look up and down Highway 31. See what visitors to Hartselle see? It's not quality. ‘A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds.’”
