Weddings and Engagements

Roberts, Randolph wed
Cara Faye Roberts of Hartselle and Thomas Kurt Randolph of Danville wed Aug. 19, 2006, at 4 p.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church. Rev. Harold Thompson officiated the service.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Mark Roberts of Hartselle. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Lewis Randolph of Danville.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal gown of diamond white slipper satin.
The gown was fashioned with a molded bodice, richly embellished with hand-sewn silver beading and an intricate pattern of sterling silver embroidery. The soft process A-line skirt was adorned with a leaf and vine embroidery, also of sterling.
It swept to a wide cathedral train. Her scalloped veil of imported French tulle was edged with silver and embellished with rhinestone and pearls. It was held by a matching bridal bandeau.
The bride carried a bouquet of white roses.
Crystal Lee Roberts of Hartselle was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cara Randolph Gilchrist of Huntsville, McKenzie Peek Henderson of Danville, Anna Yates Lovell of Prattville, Kelly McKee Meadows of Hartselle and Michelle Sharp Randolph of Danville.
Flower girl was MaKenzie Kate Dawson of Bessemer.
The groom’s father was best man. Groomsmen were Lendon Roy Cox III of Neel, Bradley Skeggs Gilchrist of Huntsville, Joshua Dale Morrow of Hartselle, Brian Jesse Randolph of Danville and Chuck Roberts of Hartselle.
Ring bearers were Dustin Thomas Randolph and Kohl Jesse Randolph of Danville.
Music was provided by Heather Montgomery and Vaughn Burden.
A reception followed at the church’s Wright Center. The wedding was directed by Brenda Livingston and Kaylyn Long. The bridal book was attended by Stefanie Conner and Mica Miller.
After a honeymoon trip to the Riveria Maya, Mexico, the couple will reside in Danville.
A rehearsal party was hosted at the church by the groom’s parents.
The couple was honored with several pre-nuptial events:
Nunnelley, Coots to wed
Dale and Vickie Nunnelley of Vinemont announce the engagement of their daughter, Summer Nicole Nunnelley, to Richard Todd Coots, son of Wayne and Patsy Coots of Falkville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of West Point High School and Wallace State Community College with a degree in business management.
She is employed with First Federal Savings and Loan of Cullman in the operations department.
She is the granddaughter of Levell and Melba Aris of Vinemont, the late Jean Aris, and the late Harold and Zolemma Nunnelley.
The groom-elect is a graduate of West Point High School and Wallace State Community College with a degree in business management. He also attended Athens State University. He is employed with UPS of Hartselle.
He is the grandson of the late William Richard Coots and Annse Lorene Handley Coots, and the late George Henry and Cora Lee Akins Holmes.
The wedding will be Sept. 16 at Bethlehem West Baptist Church in Vinemont.
