Funeral for Steven Brett Knight, 23, of Hartselle was Monday, Aug. 14, at 4 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Chuck Smith and Chris Smith officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Knight died Sunday, July 30, 2006, in Togo, Africa, He was born Jan. 26, 1983, in Morgan County to Steven R. and Barbara Lynn Knight. He was a graduate of Hartselle High School and was working at the U.S. Embassy in Togo in Data Communications for Spectrum Solutions in Huntsville. He attended Shiloh Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Steven R. and Barbara Lynn Knight of Hartselle; and his grandmother, Mavis Prater of Falkville.
Pallbearers were Jason Puckett, Michael Rinner, Bradley Hensley, David Terry, Jeremy Brewer, Vince Adams, Clay Carter and Shane Wemberley.
