Funeral for Elizabeth Carrie Miller, 80, of Hartselle was Saturday, May 27, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Huey Shelton officiating.
Burial was in Cedar Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Miller died Thursday, May 25, 2006, at her residence. She was born Nov. 1, 1925, in Morgan County to E. R. Miller and Lucy Bell Harvel Miller. She was a homemaker and a former state president of the Gold Star Mothers. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Miller and two sons, Jimmy Miller and Johnny Miller.
She is survived by a daughter, Wilma Fitch of Hartselle; a sister, Audrey Foshee of Falkville; three grandchildren, David Byron Kent, Steve Kent and Adrian Booth; and two great-grandchildren, Kenny Booth and Alyssa Kent.
