Eva man's body found in Oden Ridge

The Morgan County Sheriff's Department is investigating the death of an Eva man.
The body of Phillip Don Pike, 44, of Eva, was found May 14 on Gandy's Cove Road in the Oden Ridge community.
The body was found by a State Trooper on route to a traffic accident. The find prompted closure of the highway for a period of time.
Pike's remains were transferred to the State Department of Forensic Sciences in Huntsville for further investigation. Bartlett said the death is being investigated as suspicious.
