Funeral for Lillie M. Blanton, 95, of Locust Fork, formerly of Hartselle, was Wednesday, April 26, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Daryl Holp officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Blanton died Saturday, April 22, 2006, in West Salem, Ohio. She was born Dec. 31, 1910, to Ross Hancock and Margaret Alread Hancock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Blanton; four brothers; two sisters; two daughters, Esa Mae Pugh and Mary Jane Davis.
She is survived by a son, Robert Blanton of Locust Fork; a daughter, Jewel and the Rev. Elmos Kilgo of West Salem, Ohio; a sister, Jessie Alread of Cullman; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity or to Hartselle Senior Center.
