Funeral for Helen Marie Sybert, 81, of Toney was Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m. at Oak Ridge United Methodist Church with the Revs. Debbie Wade and Thomas Elder officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Sybert died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006, at the home of her son, Jim Sybert, where she resided. She was born Dec. 7, 1924, in Morgan County to Dean Sherriel Vest and Gladys Smith Vest.
She is survived by a son, Jim Sybert of Toney; three granddaughters, Keli Milford of Hazel Green, Kristi McDaniel and Jamie Sybert, both of New Market; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wayne Vest of Decatur.
