Janice Faye Blevins Morgan

Funeral for Janice Faye Blevins Morgan, 51, of Eva was Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Fred Nichols, John Walker and Janice Hill officiating.
Burial was in the historic Somerville Cemetery.
Mrs. Morgan died Sunday, Oct. 16, 2005, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born March 15, 1954, in Morgan County. She graduated from Brewer High School in 1973 and married on Aug. 31, 1973. She was a faithful member of Somerville United Methodist Church. Her happy, loving and uplifting spirit has been a true inspiration to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Deloris Faye Jones Blevins and three infant children, Dennis, Diane and Jennifer.
She is survived by her husband, Frankie Morgan; her father, Gene Blevins of Somerville; a brother, Keith Blevins and wife Angie of Somerville; two sisters, Wanda Sterling and husband Robin of Owens Crossroads and Deborah Writesel and husband Gary of Lacey’s Spring; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Jessie Morgan, William Morgan, Scot Oden, Jim Mahan, Bruce Welch and Justin Wiggington.
Memorials may be made to the Somerville United Methodist Church Building Fund.
The family especially wishes to thank all of the special friends and Falkville Healthcare Center who cared for Janice during her extended illness.
