Funeral for Gregory Dale Kritner, 51, of Falkville will be Thursday, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. at Roundtop Community Church with the Rev. Pearl Jenkins officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Kritner died Sunday, Oct. 16, 2005, at his residence. He was born Dec. 7, 1953, in Marshall County to Airtis Monroe Kritner and Merle A. Junkins Kritner. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army serving in both Vietnam and Germany. He was a member of Falkville VFW Post #10774. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Airtis LaWayne Kritner.
He is survived by three sons, Michael Kritner and Heath Kritner, both of Oneonta and Greg Kritner Jr. of Tenn.; two daughters, Heather Couey of Oneonta and Debra Lynn Kritner of Tacoma, Wash.; his mother, Merle Kritner of Falkville; his brother, Stephen Kritner of Falkville; and three sisters, Kathy Heiber of LaBelle, Fla.; Pamela Kritner of Falkville and Cindy Rondeau Port Angeles, Wash.
