Tilda Gilbert

Funeral for Tilda Gilbert, 82, of Hartselle was Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. James Wray officiating.
Burial was in Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Gilbert died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was a Christian of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all. She was preceded in death by a brother, Hafford Fairbanks.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Charles Gilbert of Hartselle; two sons, Donnie Gilbert and wife Patricia and Danny Gilbert and wife Sharon, all of Hartselle; a daughter, Carolyn Segars of Hartselle; two sisters, Evelyn Cobble of Decatur and Ruby Moody of Vinemont; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren
Pallbearers were Tony Sapp, Mark Sapp, Chris Gilbert, Ronnie Cobble, Bernie Delinski and Billy Briscoe.
