Funeral for Annie M. "Ann" Haynes, 90, of Falkville was Saturday, July 2, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tom Campbell and Wendell Callahan officiating.
Burial was in Bethlehem East Cemetery in Cullman County.
Mrs. Haynes, died Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at Falkville Healthcare Center. She was born June 25, 1915, in Jefferson County to Alexander Thomas Carlisle and Lizzie V. McPherson Carlisle. Mrs. Haynes joined New Bethel Church on July 27, 1930, and later became a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was a foster grandparent at Neel Elementary School.
She is survived by one son, John W. Haynes of Decatur; one daughter, Doris Spinks of Decatur; three sisters-in-law, Susie Sims and husband, Clifford, Sybil Hamm and Melba Stewart; three grandchildren, Judy Weeks, Linda Haynes and Tommy Spinks; and three great-grandchildren, Matthew Jones, Jordan Spinks and Colton Spinks.
