Olene Nethery Farris Smith

Funeral for Olene Nethery Farris Smith, 66, of Danville will be Thursday (today), April 21, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith died Monday, April 18, 2005, at her residence. She was born Dec. 20, 1938, in Morgan County to E. H. Nethery and Bertha Mae Wilburn Nethery. She attended West End Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Beckem Smith of Danville; two daughters, Debbie Richards of Warrior and Becky Logan of Birmingham; three brothers, R. D. Nethery and Hilrey Nethery, both of Hartselle and William Nethery of Danville; one sister, Margaret Higginbotham of Hartselle; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Travis Nethery, Raymond Richards, III, Rickey Turrentine, Bobby Nethery, James Paul Hogan and LaRay Logan.
