Willie Mae Sharp

Funeral for Willie Mae Sharp, 75, of Somerville will be Thursday (today), Feb. 24, at 2 p.m. at Gum Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Harlon Hood, Dwight Lang and Jimmy Maze officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Sharp died Monday, Feb. 21, 2005, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1929, in Cullman County to Martin Ervin "Bud" Stinson and Annie Mardis Stinson. She was a homemaker and worked at Fly Manufacture and United Stage Equipment Co. in Hartselle for 28 years. She was a lifetime member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Milton Sharp of Somerville; three sons, Roger Sharp of Lacey's Spring, Bobby Sharp and wife Teresa of Hartselle and Danny Sharp and wife Faye of Albertville; one daughter, Toni Couey and husband Michael of Somerville; two sisters, Opal Chapman of Falkville and Jamie Atkins of Rome, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
