Betty Lanier Dobbins

Funeral for Betty Lanier Dobbins, 66, of Danville was Sunday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Revs. Brady McCullough, Robert Slack and Katherine Perkins officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Dobbins died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005, at her daughter's residence. She was born Aug. 13, 1938, in Morgan County to Everett Erwin Lanier and Berta Hensley Lanier. She was a lifelong resident of Danville and was retired from the Danville High School lunchroom. She was a member of Old Bethel Methodist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Doyle Dobbins of Danville; one daughter, Rita Lindsey of Danville; two brothers, Eugene Lanier and Louis G. Lanier, both of Hartselle; and two grandchildren, Emily Graves and Jenna Lindsey.
Pallbearers were Dustin Graves, Bud Burchell, Nathan Leonard, Scott Lanier, Terrell Way and Jim Ramos.
