Funeral for Alvin Hoyt Hyatt, 75, of Cullman was Monday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m. at Williams-McCracken Chapel of Cullman with Bro. Vernon Willis and Samuel Tucker officiating.
Burial was in New Hope #2.
Mr. Hyatt died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born March 5, 1929, to Grady Hyatt and Willie Wright Hyatt. He was a retired aviation maintenance worker from Pemco Aeroplex, Inc. Mr. Hyatt was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Tucker Hyatt of Cullman; one son, Junior Hyatt of Hartselle; two daughters, Joyce West and Wanda Hyatt, both of Cullman; one brother, Don Hyatt and wife Wanda of Adamsville; five sisters, Dean Hagins and husband Bobby, Martha Merherg and husband James, Barbara Haack and husband John, Versie Yeager and Opal Fowler; seven grandchildren; David West and wife Karen, Keith West, Patrick West and wife Tammy, Ben McSwain and wife Melissa, Bradley Hyatt and wife Sarah, Katie Shirey and husband Bo and Barton Hyatt; and 13 great grandchildren.
