Mary Ruth Hampton Eaton

Funeral for Mary Ruth Hampton Eaton, 76, of Hartselle will be Thursday (today), Oct. 28, at 1 p.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church with the Revs. Jack Redfearn, Glenn Wood and Bob Gordon officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens Cemetery,
Mrs. Eaton died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at her residence. She was born Aug. 19, 1928, in Lawrence County to George W. Hampton and Mattie Alice Dutton Hampton. She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of West Hartselle Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carlton Hampton, Bracken Hampton, G. W. "Litt" Hampton and Ray Hampton.
She is survived by her husband, J. H. "Sonny" Eaton of Hartselle; one son, Brent Eaton and wife Martha of Hartselle; and three grandchildren, Bridget, Dusty and Brittany Eaton, all of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Hampton, Elbert Hampton, Randy Burns, Charles Sanford, Lavon Light and Rethal Hightower.
