Lorene Gordon Neely, 81, of 3112 Kohl Road, Elberton Ga., died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, at Hart County Hospital in Hartwell, Ga.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date with Strickland Funeral Home in Hartwell handling arrangements.
Mrs. Neely was born December 31, 1923, in Hartselle to Robert Gordon and Clara Whitehead Gordon. She was a retired accountant with Ford Motor Company in Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Neely and a brother Elvin Gordon.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Haser of Brooksville, Fla. and Pamela Kohl of Elberton, Ga; and four grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1610 Lightwood Road, Hartwell, Ga. 30643.
