Funeral for Donald G. Reeves, 60, of Hartselle was Friday, June 18, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Robbins officiating.
Burial was in New Center Cemetery.
Mr. Reeves died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at Cogburn Rehabilitation Center in Huntsville. He was born May 7, 1944, in Lawrence County to Lyle Reeves and Imogene Weaver Reeves. He worked for Burgreen Construction as a spreader operator. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife, Martha G. Reeves of Hartselle; two daughters, Teresa Carpenter of Falkville and Stephanie Traylor of Hartselle; his mother, Imogene Reeves of Hartselle; two brothers, Randy Reeves of Hartselle and Ricky Reeves of St. Clair; one sister, Sandra Watts of Hartselle; and four grandchildren, Nick Lindsey, Austin Traylor, Ty Carpenter and Logan Traylor.
Pallbearers were Josh Riddle. Craig Riddle, Marion Riddle, Jeremy Watts, Steven Reeves, Gary Blankenship, Terry Bost and Jimmy Self.
