Funeral for William D. Brewer, 85, of Hartselle was Wednesday, June 2, at 4 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Wright officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mr. Brewer died Monday, May 31, 2004, at his residence. He was born June 11, 1918, in Mississippi.
He is survived by his wife, Idella Brewer of Hartselle; one son, Roger Vinson of Hartselle; three grandchildren, Allen Pruitt Vinson, Logan Wade Vinson and Roger Dale Vinson; two great grandchildren, Haley Nichole Vinson and Allen Caleb Vinson; three nieces, Louise Smith, Ponnie Mayes and Eller Dean; and one nephew, Ronnie Chappell.
Pallbearers were Bill Brady, Shorty Briscoe, Jimmy R. Self, Allen Vinson, Terry Miller and Harold Carl Martin.
