Sierra Springs honors Grammer

By Staff
Terri Norwood, Sierra Springs Director
We would like to use this year to show our appreciation to all of the special people that are associated with Sierra Springs Retirement/Assisted Living Community.
There are so many special people who come in and out of the facility, the type people who tend to go above and beyond the call of duty, and we here at Sierra Springs would like to recognize one of them each month.
We often find even the daily people who come and go within our facility tend to set themselves apart from others. It's that extra special touch they give to whatever task they may perform within our facility, or it may be that they volunteer their time and services to our facility.
Whatever sets them apart is definitely worth the recognition.
Our January Person of the Month was Sharon Grammer, a physical therapist who comes to Sierra Springs on a regular basis.
She live in Hartselle with her husband, Jim, and has been a therapist for 30 years. She is employed by PT Associates and contracted with AlaCare Home Health.
Sharon is currently working with several residents. What makes her stand out is her unique ability to reach her clients.
She is able to easily form a report with her clients, which enables them to trust her and work diligently with her to restore their health.
She is definitely one of those people who gives that extra special touch on a regular basis.
Again, we here at Sierra Springs would like to say thank you to Sharon for being our extra special January Person of the Month.
