Eunice Jones Clemons

Funeral for Eunice Jones Clemons, 92, of Hartselle, was Saturday, Jan. 17, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brooks Barkley officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Clemons died Thursday, Jan. 15, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born October 18, 1911, in Morgan County to Druid Jones and Maggie Wilhite Jones. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hartselle, where she was a children's Sunday School teacher for many years. She had been a crafts evaluator at Calhoun College, was employed by C&S Supermarket and worked for 12 years at Hartselle Medical Center as a PBX operator. In retirement she did voluntary craft work and worked as a volunteer, distributing food at the Hartselle Civic Center. She was the widow of Albert A. Clemons.
She is survived by one son, Billy G. Clemons of Hartselle; one daughter, Gloria Montgomery of Hartselle; two grandsons, David Montgomery and Greg Clemons; two granddaughters, Jean Rausch and Jenny Bachmann; and seven great grandchildren, Chris Montgomery, Jennifer Blankenship, Michael McKelvey, Matt Montgomery, Ford Clemons, Paxton Clemons and Blakely Ann Clemons.
Pallbearers were Jerry Wilson, Michael McKelvey, David Montgomery, Chris Montgomery, Matt Montgomery and Greg Clemons.
