American Legion thanks helpers
Editor,
We here at the American Legion John F. Thompson Post 52 would like to thank the people of Hartselle and the surrounding areas for their help in this year's American Legion Kid's Day program. Without all of your help, the event would not have been a reality.
A special thanks to the following: Mayor Clif Knight and the city council, Fire Chief Rickey Joe Smith (Santa), Hartselle Police Department, Ms. Crouch, Joan Hampton, Diane Fowler, the ladies of Rock Springs Church, Mrs. Praytor's HOSA class at Hartselle High School, members of the Hartselle High baseball team, and Frank Miller and the staff of Sparkman Civic Center.
We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from all of us at the American Legion Post 52.
Post Commander John Paul Johnson and Kid's Day Chairman Steven Mark Cleek
