County pageant benefits CCC

Some 3,267 pounds of food were collected by the contestants of the Miss Morgan County Fair Community Service Pageant. The event benefited CCC and filled what were rapidly depleting shelves in its pantry.
Those recognized for their food contributions were: Savannah Aaron: 628 pounds of food, Natasha Henman brought in 250 pounds, Roberta Fisher 420 pounds, JahLeesa King 206 Pounds, Kayley Newton with 310 pounds and Sara Hale with 275 pounds. Aerial Christopher collected 162 pounds and Sumer Blaxton with 173 pounds. Kaylee Murphy brought in just over 100 pounds.
Pageant winners were: Harlie Rae Vinson in the 2-3 year old division and Kaylee Rae Murphy crowned queen in the 4-6 year old division.
Natasha Henman received crowning honors in the 7-9 division with JahLeesa King winning the crown in the 10-12 year old group. Crowning the teen division was Mallory Schmid. Jasmine Jeffers received the photo star honors having her photo printed on the cover of the pageant program.
Other participants who also received awards were: Lizzie O'Barr, Alaina Marie Wiley, McKenzey L. Worley, Cheyenne Marshall, Alexandra R. Hughes, Kaylee Childers, Samantha E. Murphy, Sera J. McAnally, Elvia Rodriguez, Tyra N. Ayers, Allyson Henson, Bailey Blankenship, Laura Saint, Ashley Childers, Sumer Blaxton, Brittany Key, Roberta Fisher, LaKeeta Stover, Rebekah Boswell and Ashley Holmes.
