Martha Cleo White

Funeral for Martha Cleo White, 83, of Hartselle was Saturday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Francis Proctor officiating.
Burial was in Moss Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. White died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at SunBridge Care &Rehabilitation in Decatur. She was born Aug. 27, 1920, in Morgan County to Asa Francis Walker Sr. and Leatha Bell Scott Walker. She was the owner and cashier at White's Shoe Shop in Hartselle. She was the widow of C. F. White and the sister of the late Lewis Walker and Asa Francis Walker Jr.
She is survived by three sons, Cornelius Francis White Jr. of Laurel, Md. and Thomas Wayne White and Walter Lee White, both of Hartselle; two daughters, Judy Gail Fagan of Trinity and Shelby Ann Spinks of Danville; one sister, Nora Bell Bourgeois of Hartselle; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Grandsons and friends served as pallbearers.
