The Hartselle boys and girls soccer teams were swept by Bradshaw Monday evening. The girls lost 2-1, while the boys suffered another shutout defeat, 4-0.
Marium Bynum kicked things off with a goal.
Her score gave the Lady Tigers a 1-0 lead.
That lead held up until midway through the second half. Bradshaw tied the contest with 21:00 remaining and added another late in the contest for the win.
Head coach Jennie McFee may have lost a starter. Erica Landman went down with what appeared to be a severe ankle injury late in the first half. She had injured the ankle earlier in the year.
Landman was scheduled to have x-rays performed today and no information was available at press time as to her condition.
In the boys' game, keeper Justin Knight was kicked in the head on a shot attempt by Bradshaw. He jumped up and appeared to be fine. Two goals later, however, it was apparent he was not.
Head coach Dexter Greenhaw said he could "barely see the ball," and "he had a big bruise on his head."
Ian Greenhaw entered the game and allowed just one more goal, making 11 saves. Knight allowed three goals and made three saves.
