William Leamon Reeves

Funeral for William Leamon Reeves, 83, of Hartselle was Monday, March 3, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gary Peebles and Jimmy Maze officiating.
Burial was in New Center Cemetery.
Mr. Reeves died Saturday, March 1, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center. A native of Colbert County, he was a Navy veteran of World War II and retired in maintenance from Juice Bowl Fruit Co. of Lakeland Fla. He was the widower of Gladys Reeves, the father of the late Reba Nell Kimberill and the brother of the late Novie Engle and Willie Mae Bracken.
He is survived by one son, Jerry Maze of Winter Haven, Fla.; three sisters, Mamie Maze, Elsie Ricks and Eloise Peebles, all of Hartselle; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cecil Lewter, Buddy Maze, Ronnie Peebles, Hoyt Bracken, Leo Maze and Ron Leeth.
