Funeral for Vola Beatrice "Bea" Lindsey, 71, of Falkville was Monday, Feb. 17, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Eldridge Criscoe and Truman Shaddrix officiating.
Burial was in Oden Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindsey died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, at her residence. A native of Madison County, she was a homemaker and the widow of James Verlon Lindsey.
She is survived by one son, Charles Verlon Lindsey of Trussville; three daughters, Nelda Morgan of Eva, Donna Tomlinson of Hartselle and Rhonda Lindsey of Falkville; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were John Frerichs, Harold Woodruff, Eddie Walling, Dexter Lindsey, Bobby Beavers and Keith Lindsey.
